Normal FA rules apply as well as or other than the following: -
Pitch Rules: -
1. Kick-offs - Taken from the centre circle to start a match and after a goal.
2. Offside - There will be no offside
3. When the ball goes out of play a throw in will be taken. A goal may not be scored directly from a throw in. Goal kicks may be taken from anywhere within the penalty area. When a free kick, goal kick or corner kick is taken opposing players must be at least 5 yards from the ball.
4. Only 6 players from each side allowed on the pitch at any point of play, but any number of substitutes may be used when there is a stop in play, with the permission of the referee. Any player substituted may re-enter the game (Roll on/ Roll Off).
5. All free-kicks will be direct.
Appropriate footwear must be used. SHINGUARDS ARE MANDATORY and any player seen not wearing them will be sent from the pitch by the referee.
The duration of all six a side matches will be 12 minutes One way with NO half time interval.
Points will be awarded as follows: Win = 3 points, Score Draw = 2 points, No Score Draw = 1 point. A bye will be recorded as a 2-0 victory.
During the knockout stages, in the event of a draw at the end of normal time extra time will be played, this will consist of one half of 3 minutes of football. There is NO Golden Goal. If the game is still level at the end of extra time then a penalty shootout will decide the result.
Penalty Shoot Out Rules
a) Each team will take 3 penalties; the taking players must be on the pitch at the end of extra time, and substitutions cannot be made at this point.
b) If scores remain level then a sudden death penalty shootout will take place using the remaining on-field players to decide the match.
c) If the scores are still level at this stage, then rotation of the players, (which only now may include any substitutes), will continue to take penalties (still under 'sudden death' rules), until a result is produced.
Qualification for the knockout stages will depend on the number of qualifying groups within the age group. If there are three qualifying groups then only each group winner will go forward to a round-robin final against the other group winners. Where there are four groups both the winner and runner up of each group will go forward to the knock out stages. In the event that two teams are equal on points at the conclusion of the group stage the decision on which team will progress will be decided in the following way:

2. The team that has scored the most goals will progress - if still equal
3.The team with most wins will progress - if still equal
