The term 'photography' & 'photograph' refer to all image recording modus operandi & media. (i.e everything from the latest 'digital video-camorder' to someone with a 'pencil & sketch pad' ).

Three catagories of 'photograph taker' will be present during the tournament ;-

1) Invited press Photographer(s) & Reporter(s),( i.e. 'KM').

2) Parents, Guardians, Participants & Friends.

3) DE Photos

The 'Press'

The press have their own code of conduct and will typically request additional information for a picture depicting an individual, or 'small group' photograph,(team picture). This should afford a further opportunity for censorship.

Parents, Guardians, Participants & Friends

It will be the responsibility of the guardian/parent or a team representative to make known to any opposing team or individual before a match whether there is a person who should not be photographed, so as to enlist their cooperation. IF agreement cannot be arrived at, it MAY be necessary for that child to be withdrawn from the match.

It is NOT the responsibility of the referee or his assistants to police the photography policy.

The LarkfieldFC website may publish some of the pictures taken at the tournament, (usually provided and at the request of a parent or team). FA Guidlines on photography and child protection will be adhered to for publication of pictures. (If removal of any picture(s) should be required , please contact on rogue666@tiscali.co.uk)

DE Photos

We are pleased to announce that DE Photo have been appointed as the Professional Sports Photographers for this event. This event, by its very nature, is in the public arena and when entering for the event the participant and their parents acknowledges this fact, which may result in the recording and publication of his/her image. All DE Photo photographers and staff have been CRB checked and the company operates a strict Child Protection Policy and Code of Ethics which can be viewed on their website at www.dephoto.co.uk/cpp.html
